All coffee and tea purchases are final sale due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit due to a carrier issue that can’t be corrected through the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellocoffeeaddiction@gmail.com with your order number and photo (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.
